LATE POLICY:

 

• There is a $10 late fee after 15 minutes. However, there is a 15 minute grace period. After 15 minutes without any communication from you, your appt will be considered a no call, no show.

NO CALL, NO SHOW POLICY:

 

• Your non-refundable deposit will not be  refunded. You may be blocked from future booking with Kinetic Kinks HAIR STUDIO.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

 

• You can cancel anytime before your appointment. Please call or text 856-688-4470 to confirm your  cancellation. Your non-refundable deposit will go towards your next scheduled appointment. Deposit amounts will vary.
